John is a New York State licensed attorney, practicing corporate law for over 26 years.  He has been associated with several New York City law firms, including as Managing Member of Doherty & Associates, P.C. for over 10 years.  In addition, he has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to Alpha Square Group and HealthCor Management, LLC.  He holds a BS in finance from Fordham University Gabelli School of Business, and a JD from Fordham Law School.
